Superintendent

I know this sound's crazy. My assistant only has a GED. She cannot stand that she has to be in this teacher's room. And as far as the superintendent goes he is the one who told the principal that our school cannot afford it. I asked my assistant if she could not sue for breech of contract, and she said the way our school gets around that is all assistants sigh a work agreement. They do not have contracts. It really stinks and there is really nothing we can do because WE DO NOT HAVE A UNION.
