well, it is just plain rude

everyone with any manners at all knows that you ask before you borrow. She is just rude and selfish if you ask me. I'd tell her that in the future you need to have her sign out your belongings because you always forget who you lend your "stuff" to and this helps you keep track. Then I'd run to the office and ask for a lock for my door because things are disappearing....if they say no I'd have my husband come in on the weekend and put one in for me.
