You are so right we need to let those ladies know how much we do appreciate their help, for I could not get through my day without them. I had 5 last year how do you do it with 6???? I have 2 this year and I personally feel that there is a point where you can have too many adults in one room. That can get VERY stressful. I tend to always stress myself out with trying to please everyone, but my own rule of thumb the children come first. I like your idea though of showing them you appreciate them by little treats. You inspired me to treat my ladies on Friday. They are super and need that too. Take it easy and remember we too are human also and not superwomen.
