Out of pocket

Since I am the person who initially started the recertification post, I feel I must reply. I was not complianing because I have to "continue my learning," but simply because I have to pay for it. I get so motivated when I go to workshops (if I get the chance)and I love to talk to other teachers to get ideas(that's why I come here). I just graduated from college in 2000, so you couldn't really call me "old school". I guess since I just got out of school not long ago, I need a break from classes. I spent 16 years in classes to get out get a job, and find out I must take more classes to keep it and I have to pay for it when I haven't finished paying for the classes I 've already taken. It was just a vent. I really love my job.
