I am also one of those teachers you never see socializing during the day. I use my lunch to get papers graded the 15 min. the students are out at recess and work through my prep. There are drawbacks here too there are days I go home totally batty but when I go home on those days I am DONE. No there still isn't enough time during the day. I go in earlier too because most people are not early birds. Most days I can leave at a good time except if I need to get mass copying done.
