It is demanding
By Pam

Clip to ScrapBook
You have to get creative in making that time and I feel your pain too that you don't want to spend all your time as a teacher. I have been teaching for 9 years and have that passion, I love my job and always am looking for
better ways to do it. I feel as you get to know the expectations, the paper work, etc... You become more efficient and creative in ways to get it all done. You should not be spending all your time grading papers, do get out there and attend some work shops on time management and talk to collegues on creative ways to spend less time on the paper work and more time on innovative ways
to meet the students needs. Yes it is work but it is also a lot of work to be a good cop, and a good nurse. It is also very rewarding. Don't let the other stuff get you down. Keep the pride. Nurses now a days and cops too are probably also overwhelmed with reports and documentations that go along with their jobs, we teachers are not the only ones. It doesn't hurt to vent every now and then too. I understand where you are coming from.
