Team members

My goodness, Julie, I think you and I know the SAME guy. I have a team member who is never a team player. We are supposed to do ALL fifth grade activities together and mix all three fifth grade homerooms together, since we all rotate the kids around for classes anyway. But this guy goes and makes separate rules for his class. He arranges separate field trips and separate parties. During PE, he never plays with any other classes besides his homeroom. It is especially frustrating because his homeroom is the gifted, cooperative group, and we need to mix that group up with all the other kids in the fifth grade so they can be good role models.Anyway, like your team member, this guy is going to school to be an administrator. And the principal loves him!
