I can relate to having an unprofessional administration. We are trying to hire another teacher, but no one wants to work at my school! What I have been doing all year is basically avoiding the administration. If something
is said or I am wrongly accused of something(which happens), I let it in one ear and out the other so as not to get upset. Then there are three words--document, document, document. At least your students have calmed down. In my inner-city school a good portion of the upper grades need to be in boot camp. Why let a student return to school after they pull a knife and threaten to cut

another student, or a student threatens to kill a teacher and the student is still in that classroom? Does this make sense? No. It is politics---sweep it under the rug so we don't have any problems at the school. Yeah, right.
