Clip to ScrapBook
1. Make large maps and flags for students to carry (use an overhead projector). Other students could read or draw facts about the country -- ie. weather report. HOLD THAT THOUGHT -- you could do a mock newscast with reports
from each country, weather, poliitcs, money etc.

2. For RESPECT -- have students write acrostics.
During the presentation, have the students come in to Aretha Franklins song "Respect" with Letter Cards. Turn down the music and have students say some of the words from the acrostic for each letter. Example;

R -- right, reasonable, ready
E -- earnest, even, everyone
S -- sincere,

strong, smart
P -- Personable, pleasing,
E -- eager, (ran out)
C -- caring, courteous, courageous
T -- Thinkers, thankful, teachers....

Whatever. You could have a line of students for each letter.

Anyway, whatever you do GOOD LUCK!
