Clip to ScrapBook
I'm in a similar school. It's been this way for quite some time, but we are a rapidly growing school and getting new staff all the time. Most of the gossipy stuff comes from our aides and the teachers that have been here a while. We have some teachers that aren't supportive of our aides and that creates some tension. I think the back-stabbing/gossiping is partly due to that. Some of the new teachers have commented that they are surpised at all the catty stuff they see and hear. I'm glad to know that not all schools are this way. I sometimes wonder if our school is like this because the administrators listen to what's going on from the tattlers and gossipers without discouraging it. Hope I made sense. I'm more tired than I thought I was.
