Clip to ScrapBook
Have the students make home-made instruments. Shakers with beans and a container with lid, different lengths of straws taped together, glasses with wanter and a spoon to cling them, etc. You might also get hold of some tuning forks. Fill glass with water, have students bang the tuning fork on the table and put in glass. Watch the sound waves! Also bang on table and put to ear. Good luck!
