Hi everyone, thank you for the advice. I did as most everyone suggested. I told her I would prefer two but would take any grade she decided on. Of course, she gave me 4/5. Mike was absolutely right. I should have told her that I was interested in grade two and nothing else because she "stuck" me with the spilt grade. Oh well, I have a while to think about it. However, that does mean a grade two position will be open in our school. I hope Mike if I have any more decisions to make you will give me some advice.
