I forgot to say that this scenario will not take place until next year. We will have a 1, 2, 3, 4/5, and a 5/6 combination plus a full time special ed teacher. Our kindergarten is still staffed by an aide at least for one more year. It is hard to decide what to do especially when you principal wants you to do something. The only thing with her child wanting me to move up with her is that children are fickle, they tend to have ups and downs. Right now it is an up but next year who knows.
