Our Canadian Classroom

I agree that Canadian content is very important. I make sure that we have lots of Canadian lit in the classroom. I find most of the current basal series are pretty good about including Canadian content. At the end of last year we had some "extra" money to spend, and I was able to buy a carpet for my classroom which has a map of Canada on it. It has really sparked a greater interest in other provinces and territories.
