I am in the Okanagan too, and since your post, have had to shovel quite a bit of snow :O( ...but oh well, we do have beautiful summers. As for the Job action, yikes, I am a TOC, and was asked the other day to do duty as
I was subbing in the vice principals class.....you can imagine how I couldn't say no, as I wasn't sure if I could,,,,,,,,so instead I hid out there as I was doing duty.....not fun! But, I now have to go back to that school, and am trying to take care of the problem with my union rep! What a hassel...I wish the principal wouldn't put me in that position....but as a toc, they know that

we will do anything to get a job! Not fair, ....but oh well....I do have a three month position in January, so that will be nice....but I agree with the other poster, I don't know what is going on either, and what I am supposed to do.
