Thank you to everybody who offered advice. I agree with the last poster that all coop teachers have something to offer a student teacher and they are going out of their way to help out us beginners. I am getting off to a good start with my new coop and things are going well. The last poster is right, any experience has something to offer. I thanked my first coop teacher for letting me "borrow" her classroom and I did learn a lot from her. Even though we didn't get along on a personal level and I think she was very hard on me, I picked up lots of things I can use in my current experience and in my own classroom.
