Be positive!

I can somewhat relate to your situation. In a situation like yours, you need to remember that you may be one of the only positive role models or influences that the children have. Keep that in mind - maybe you Co-op will pick up on your positive attitude (small miracles do happen!). Also, when I see people like, I always keep in mind that if I ever even come close to that point in my career, it's time to find a new job.
