Simple Machines

Hey I am a student teacher in a 3/4 grade class. We just did a unit on simple machines. YOu should check out Leonardo Divinci. Art Museums have Divinci kits. He did a lot with simple machines. You can also give students simple machines to draw such as can openser, mixers, hammer etc. THese are all simple machines. Discuss levers, pullys etc.
