I was in a similar situation. I struggled through by seeking out other teachers. I hung on because I needed a reference. Well after all I went through my coop wrote a reference letter that is unusable. It doesn't say anything bad or good in fact it hardly says anything at all. So I put up with everything to end up with nothing. Learn from my mistake....do everything you can to get out!
