Getting Sick

I've heard that it is common to get sick the first year in a school until you build up an immunity. I subbed for two years and the first year I got an unknown virus with a 102 temp that lasted a week! I'm hoping now that I'm student teaching I won't get too sick. I've started taking a multivitamin and drink a lot of orange juice.
