Clip to ScrapBook
My students like to play Battleship. You can give them a copy of a sheet-Like bingo only the columns should be A-E and Rows 1 -5 Kids write ten of the spelling words randomly in the boxes. play with a partner. If they say
B3 and you have a word there, tell them the word. If they can spell it correctly cross it off. It helps to use a Barrier (paper or book) between the students so partner can't see around it. You can save the paper and play with a different person tomorrow just use a different color to X off the sunken "battleship". Also a teacher store would have a copy book that has lots of sheets
to run off. Football field, ladders etc. I put those in plastic sleeve. We use my wipe off markers, spinners, dice and game pieces and kids play with partners, picking the game they want.
