I had an awful experience when I student taught last year. So, I didn't even ask my coop to write me a letter. Instead, I had a prof from college, my university supervisor(who observed me student teaching), and a letter from a previous internship. I would maybe remind her again, but I don't think it's a big deal that you don't have a letter. If anyone asks, just explain the situation. I did..and I have a teaching job!! Good luck.
