starting school

Congratulations! I went back to school and got my first teaching job when I was 46 years old. I worried that I was too old to be starting a job as a teacher, but people seemed to regard me as settled and mature. Life's experiences have taught you a great deal by the time you have hit the big 40. I, too, had a degree in another field, a field which I wasn't even using. I had two boys to raise and a husband. You can do it, girl!!
