I have heard my students call my subs Ms. (First Name) since I have lived in the South. However, I never heard this when I worked in the North. When I lived in the North and subbed, I was never called by my first name. I was always addressed formally. I guess it depends upon precedents within your school and how comfortable you feel about being called by your first name with Ms. or Miss. Personally, I'd prefer that all students call me Mrs. or Ms. followed by my last name.
