It depends on the environment I am placed in. Most of the time I use the teachers, or I will adjust that to make it work for me.
7) What concerns do you have for the current substitute program that is in place in your district? Getting yourself known to the students in one building is tough, and that there isn't a uniform guideline for all buildings as to the treatment of subs. 8) What can classroom teachers and other staff do to make your experience more positive? Pop in once in a while to check in and make sure there aren't major problems. Only if that's possible of course
