You might want to not go to this school for awhile. After awhile, maybe things will cool down a bit with this principal, and he may even forget who you are.

The fact that the kids wouldn't even be quiet in the room suggests
that maybe they don't even have enough respect for HIM. I remember the time when my husband was teaching middle school kids in the inner city. They were really a tough bunch of kids--mostly minority and Hispanics from low-income homes. The principal came in to observe him one day, and a girl decided to put on deodorant (of all things!) while the principal was observing. The principal
was sitting right beside the girl while she did this. The principal later commented negatively upon this. My husband said he had asked the student to put away the deodorant. He also said that if the student didn't respect the principal by putting it on in her presence, could she expect the child to respect him???

One thing we all decided on day at our school was that our administrators in central office and in the schools need a reality check once in awhile. They should actually be required to go back to the classroom to teach for a month every five years!
