I agree! I also want to plan my units, and resources, but until I get a job, there really is no point, as who knows what grade I will teach. It isn't as if I don't have enough stuff to do with my family, kids, cleaning house etc, but somehow there is something missing, as being in limbo, wondering and waiting for a job is a bit of a drag. I get called for subbing on average 3-4 days a week, am going in this afternoon, but I sure do want a steady position! Oh well, I'm sure it will come.
