Thank you for your reply and for the advice.
Here where I am almost anyone can be a substitute, if you have graduated from high school, that's all you need. I graduated from college recently with an FCS (FRCD) degree,
but I haven't been able to get a job because I have no experience (I wasn't expecting that). So, I went to the Dept of Education to apply to be a sub. A few weeks later I was called to come in and I expected to have a meeting with someone who would give me some advice and rules on what it is to be a sub, instead there was a group of us and we were there to sign a contract. Then we were
given a book and allowed to leave. The book gives a few rules a map of all of the schools and that's about it. Nothing in the book on how to handle a class room. It is a learning process, and unfortunately I have learned I will make a few mistakes while I am learning.
