Long Term Sub Offer
By Jerry

Clip to ScrapBook
I say go for it. Number one, you'll be in on creating the lesson plans (unit, goals, etc) and number two, you'll find that the students will soon get used to your style of teaching, dicipline, etc. Not to say that everything will be smooth, but at least you'll have a chance. I did this once, and I made sure the other teachers and the students knew that the reason I did it was to keep the kids from having another substitute every other day. I'm still greeted warmly by both whenever I go back there.J
