Just a note to those who are looking for a full time job after subbing...
I was leaving business cards attached to my note at the end of the day. I thought it was a great idea but it turned out that people in the buildings I worked in thought I wanted to be a full time substitute. This occurred even though I applied for full time positions, attended the district job fair and let everyone I meet know I was interested in finding a permanent position. The professional business cards I was leaving, left the impression that I was a professional substitute! Not the impression I was looking for!
