aides

I like having the aides, especially if they take charge. After all, they know the kids better than I do,and the kids listen a little better. A lot of times, though ,I find that the aide slacks off more when I am there. They often find excuses to leave the room and tend to wander off for long periods of time. It's like if the cat's away, the mice will play!
