What do you do with a teacher's aide?

At first, if there was a teacher's aide in the room, I would feel nervous. I felt conscious about everything that I did because they know the way the teacher runs the classroom, and may compare me to the teacher. As time has passed however, I just do my thing, and try to use them to my advantage. For example, if I have a question about where something is, or about a particular student. It's hard, but just do the best you can and try to not worry. You are in charge!
