I thinks it's great that your doing this to better educate school systems on the issue of subtitutes. Too often i find that teachers are just ignorant to the idea that a new person is coming into a foreign classroom to new
kids each day. Its tough. I can tell when I go into a classroom of a teacher who has never prepared her students for a substitute the next day, the kids are excited that they have a person to take advantage of. And in others its more obvious that the teacher has taken time to tell them to behave themselves the next day. Anyways, heres my answers for you.
