trying to generate conversation...it's better

ignored!

teachers discuss what is expected of them while the regular teacher is not there and go over how to treat the substitute teacher...but it really doesn't matter to me if the teacher tells the students or not
15. A...its definately important but the students need to understand that I'm not going to be exactly like their regular teacher, like when it comes to petty things especially
16. B...all teachers are different but if the students don't respect the regular teacher or if they don't follow the rules for the regular teacher than they probably won't for me either
17. A...it's nice to get to know the students and the staff, however, it's nice to get to know the staff at a variety of schools to better market myself
18. A...but it is nice to not answer the phone every once in awhile if I'm sick or need off

20. A...in the districts in PA they are the same, but when I subbed in Delaware last year they were different rates depending on if your were certified, had any degree, or if you were working on obtaining your degree
