Hi...Like Jami said...and I concur I doubt that 3rd graders would follow that direction. I usually turn the lights out on them to get them to be quiet or if I;m in the front of the class trying to speak and they are talking, I take a seat at a chair or stool and just wait. Usually their peers get the noisy ones to be quiet.
