Sub finder

In my system, the biggest times to shop for jobs is after school hours (when we've had a chance to call our absences in), and early morning (someone is always desperately looking at that point). One thing that several subs have done is to create business cards. I love them. They give me two; I put one by my phone at home and one in my desk drawer. I always have their numbers available. It also made them stand out a little more. Be assertive when you are at a school. Give your card to the secretary and let her know you enjoyed their school and would like to come back.
