How to get called - How to give it all away...

With such excellent effort, are you not often challenged to think "Do I get paid enough for the amount of effort that goes into what I am doing here ?" Chances are in your heart of hearts, your answer is - NO. You deserve the compensation of a real teacher, because concern and completeness to the level you are performing is what a real teacher is. To be called on a regular basis is to perform as a great teacher, but without the proper compensation (usless you live in Oregon.) We all need to get organised, to become a force which demands to to paid what these efforts are worth. Even if it never leads to full time employment... which many efforts don't. True, you are doing a wonderful job - but are you giving it away...
