I have days like that sometimes. I keep going because I have hope that I'll be hired as permanent someday, and that's the light at the end of my tunnel. Knowing that I may have my own class someday keeps me going. I agree, it is frustrating, we aren't looked at as "regular teachers", kids do show disrespect because of that belief, and other teachers have been unkind to me. Just keep in mind that when you are permanent, you will do things differently, and your dream will be a reality. Good luck!
