Now what?

I called sub central again and explained the problems I was having. Once again, my name was deleted off the preferred lists. I explained that I had all those schools put me back on and they told me to back and do it again. This is stupid!!! How many times do I have to back to the same schools and have them add me to their preferred lists? This will make the third time!! I told them how there are times when the computer won't take my pincode and they told me I was doing something wrong. I also explained that teachers are having a hard time requesting me because the computer won't take my phone number. I just don't get it. There is nothing negative in my file, so there is no reason for this.
