1- as a Sub, you are playing the role of teacher with the responsibility, control, and flexibility of a sub (which is important) 2- as a Parapro, you're in there every day once hired and get to see the every day actions of a teacher and learn from that exposure as well as building relationships with the children and staff and showing a long term commitment. So, both have their good points....I guess whatever works best for you is the route you should take. Good luck in your decision!
