Clip to ScrapBook
in my area there are schools that have the reputation for hiring their subs and those that don't. and the ones that don't - don't because they don't like to lose good subs. the ones that do (and my district does) has the philosophy that you should hire the tried and true ....you've proven you can do the job, you have a good reputation, the staff likes you so we should hire you.

I'd suggest finding out if that is true in the area you are subbing in. I'd ask some of the teachers that you've made friends with and pick their brains. good luck
