nurse trips

I ask my students the same question and it works great. If they DO respond "I want to go to the nurse", and I feel they are just seeking attention, I tell them "Recess is in __ minutes, if you still feel sick then I will give you a note to go to the nurse." They always choose recess over a nurse visit.
