I would hope that you have the backing as well as input from your building principal, as well as a consultant. I absolutely would not tolerate this behavior. You need to sit her down, and explain what your expectations
are of her, and let her know that you will not except her behavior. If it continues, I would ask her to leave the room. You have enough behaviors going on that you should not have to deal with hers as well. She might possibly benefit from some type of child development training. She needs to know that her behaviors are detrimental to the children you're trying to serve. Be matter of
fact with her. Do not allow this to go on! I hope this helps you somewhat. Good luck! I do know from experience that a good working relationship with your associates is a must in a special ed. setting. You all need to be on the same page.
