once upon a time we did not have any support for those students such as you are describing....we sent them to a neighboring school district.

If keep a behavior chart on the child so that you have documentation to prove your case. I'd also ask my special ed director to come in and observe and offer you his/her knowledge and assistance. THey may see her in action and realize that she needs a more restrictive placement and go looking for that placement.

It would also help if some of your parents would complain. Have they been complaining to you? If they have could you refer them to your principal or the spec ed director saying that they need to hear the complaints?
