Aspergers
By lynn

Clip to ScrapBook
I have a nephew with Aspergers. Everything in the other message is great advice. My nephew, along with other children I know, have a one-on-one. If used correctly, they can assist the entire class. The boys I know with Aspergers are very competitive. Make everything a challenge and have him rise up to that standard. His lack of motivation may simply be boredom. He could set a standard for your entire class. Pair the competition with visuals and let as many students as possible in on it. This could help with the social aspects also. Good Luck!!
