cushy job!!!!!!!

I am a first year resource room teacher. Reg ed. teachers always joke about how easy my job is. HOwever, they do not seem to realize that i plan 3 different lessons for one 45 minute class period of eight students, while they only have to plan one, not necessarily hands on or creative, lesson for 30 students. Also, while they teach one whole group spelling lesson in their allotted 15 minutes, i am in my room scurrying to meet the needs of 4 different groups. I hope i never hear my job called cushy!
