M & M rewards

We use the mini M & M's in the cute little dispenser. We all keep one in our pocket so that we can "reward" good behavior on the spot & not have to run over to our desk to get out the bag, etc. The dispenser is small, convenient & we buy them by the case at Sam's Club for cheap. They last a VERY long time.
