Missed Priorities?
By Tina Winquist

Clip to ScrapBook
Sounds like there needs to be a meeting to set out clear responsibilities for this evaluation person. I would recommend addressing this issue in a non-threatening way to everyone involved; (i.e: meeting to clarify roles, responsibilities and consideration for others). At our school, we have a Student Support Teacher who does our testing. She informs teachers in advanced of who will be tested and from which periods they will be tested. This not only prepares the teacher, but it also gives the teacher time to prepare the student to do his or her best.
