Too Much!

Oh! I just have to agree with jjj! The expectation of 1:1 with a student is NOT happening. Even if I do have a small group, they are working on different levels. But then the regular ed. teachers, principal and parents think that their child is going to be getting my complete attention the whole time. And then that sets us all up for failure, because there is no way I can fulfill their expectations. So, I guess that is my #1 "burn out" complaint--that the expectations are set way too high that I'll be able to "fix" a student. (you know, with all that time I have).
