I agree with the lack of prep time. I would also have to add that I love my job, but it's all the paper work and having to deal with crabby parents that really gets to me. My # 1 complaint is the rude parents I have, and luckily there are only a couple of them.
2. Would be the lack of support from administration.
3. No prep time.
4. Untrained aides.
